How long does my order take to ship?

Some orders might take a little bit longer to make, it just depends. Most everything is always in stock and can take up to 5 to 7 business days to mail out.

As for wholesale orders, that can be up to 7 to 14 business days to mail out and/or receive. Local delivery is available within a ten mile radius in Richmond, Virginia.

If it is a plant, it can take up to the same amount of time to ship and will only be mailed to places where the plant is native.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Depending on the product, things can be shipped internationally.

What are your exchanges, returns, and refund policies? 

If something comes shattered or compromised in any way, shape, or form, please take a photo immediately and I will replace it.

There are no refunds or returns and all sales are final.
